The Institute of Transport Science offers a range of possible topics for master theses each semester. The topics for the summer semester 2024 have already been handed out. The topics for the upcoming winter semester 2024/25 will be published on this page on 16.08.2024.

If you are interested in writing a master thesis at our chair in the winter semester 2024/25, please contact thesis@via.rwth-aachen.de and indicate a maximum of three preferred topics (with priority 1 to 3). Please also enclose an up-to-date transcript of records to the e-mail. The application deadline is 30.08.2024. Subsequently, the topics will be assigned.

Depending on demand, it cannot be guaranteed that a topic can be assigned.
